Our promise

If a purchase is not useful to you, email support@waketheflame.com within 14 days of paying and we will refund it, no interrogation.

Memberships

Cancel any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days.

1:1 Reignite Calls

Calls can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. If we cannot deliver a booked call, you get a full refund.
